I have curly thick hair and I just started using renpure Argan oil shampoo and conditioner it's the best I've tried. It has no sulfates parabens or harsh salts! It's important to use sulfate free shampoo if you have curly hair.

Use sulfate free shampoo. If you keep conditioner in your hair remember to wash it out after a few hours because it weighs your hair down especially your roots. Remember to keep your hair as moisturized as possible. Shampoo ones a week and co wash with shampoo every other day so your hair can still get it's natural oils.
