How would I go from brown to purple hair?? What are the best dyes to use??

If you want vibrant then you would want to bleach/lighten your hair. A good dye to use is manic panic. Not expensive at all, great color payoff, and sold online and also at Sally's Beauty Salon.

Is it naturally brown or is it dyed brown? If it's dyed, use a color remover like L'oreal Color Zap or Color Oops. This will turn you hair orange by striping the pigment from it. Then you will have to bleach it. Then go in and apply the color. I love Creative Image Adore's purple rage. I hear Directions, Privana, splat and ion are great for this.

Remember you wash you hair with neutralizing shampoo after coloring and always apply coloring product to dry hair
