While washing your hair, apply a generous amount of coconut oil before hand. Wash it after ten minutes or so. This will give a nice bounce to your hair. If you curl or straighten your hair, then start about two inches away from the roots. This helps make your hair look like it has some bounce. This method usually works for straightening but you can try it for curling too. Also, look for good shampoos. I suggest Pantene. It works best for me.
