Should you wear a primer under bb cream and which primer would be best for oily skin?

I wear a primer under mine, I use the Hourglass mineral primer. I have dry skin though.

I use IT COMESTICS CC Cream. It contains anti-aging serum, light moisterizer, primer, non chemical spf 50 All that is built in and it gives med-full coverage.

I'm with Marleen on IT cosmetics CC cream. The color match of Cover FX CC cream is better for me and I use Lorac mattifying primer or Hourglass veil mineral underneath.

I feel like even though my bb cream says it has primer in it, it sets better and covers more evenly when I apply primer first.

I liked both Tarte's BB cream/primer and IT's CC cream. I don't usually need primer first. I might spot apply a smidge on my number 11s. And I have far from perfect skin. If I'm going for perfectly flawless, then I'm going to go the whole route with primer, foundation, etc. Otherwise, why bother? I found the Tarte to have more staying power and the IT to have more coverage.
