For quite a while now I've had really bad redness around one side of my nose. I'm not sure what causes it and concealer doesn't really cover it so I was hoping someone could help?!

That is odd that it is only on one side. Is it itchy or inflamed at all? Any bumps, dryness, or broken capillaries?

Which concealer are you using? My roomie has Rosacea and she uses a green concealer, it covers all of the redness.

Odd; I really don't know what it is. Well as long as it isn't bothering you, try a green correcter or primer under your foundation/concealer. Might want to see a dermatologist though just to get it checked out.
