I've bit my nails for almost 15 years, I've just recently stuck with it and they have grown tremendously but there flimsy and brittle , any good nail strengtheners ?

there is a ton from sally Hansen but there is some even better ones from china glaze

use what you most likely have in your kitchen; extra virgin olive oil! works like a charm. my nails were so brittle & paper thin (and I like to grow mine a little long) & I've been using olive oil everyday for the past month & my nails are so strong!
