Within the past couple months I've had to exchange my Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer 3 times because the consistency is off. I was in Sephora yesterday and the woman told me that the new shipment they got in has had multiple complaints and they are pulling some of the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primers off the shelf to check product quality. The product is watery and not mixing together and there is a very off smell to it and it's been causing breakouts in people. This is happening where I live in Canada around the Hamilton, Burlington, Mississauga area. I just wanted to warn people who are going to buy it to make sure you get a good product! Check the product in the store before buying it. Open the bottle to see if it has a strong smell and test it on your hand to see if it's very watery.

It's happening in Edmonton, alberta too, I went to sephora looking for primers and I mentioned it, and the lady was immediately like "if you live far away I don't suggest that one, you'll probably have to take it back 3 or 4 times before you get a good bottle. " and then explained that a lot of people are bringing it back because it's a bad batch. She also explained how they tried to get hourglass to take it back but they wouldn't take the batch back.

Oh wow Alyx I didn't realize it was happening there too! I think I finally got a good bottle, it's slightly watery but has no smell. I'll see how it goes, if not then I'll return it.

Wow thats crazy because mine was super watery too. I kept it and now the consistency is normal but it is doing funky things to my skin! Now I don't want to use it lol.

I would definitely bring it back. if you got it at Sephora they're very understanding. I had mine for a while and with no receipt. the woman said there's a huge amount of people returning it everyday

Happened to me in California! It was my first time trying it so I didn't know it wasn't suppose to be like that until your post

This is disappointing to hear. I'll be needing more of it soon (since I usually only get the travel size) but now I'll wait until they get this straightened out.
