sigma has a great deal of 12 brushes incl a great brush holder for $120. it sounds expensive but its actually less than $9 a brush ( the brush holder is $20 on it's own)

Elf, Ecotools, and Sonia Kashuk are all really good and cheap. (I listed them lowest to highest in price) they can all usually be found at Target. :) hope this helped

I am so anti-Sigma it isn't even funny. It's too many great brushes that cost less. Try Sedona Lace, BDellium (so?) tools, Sonia Kashuk, and Real Techniques are AMAZING BRUSHES.
