The Nakeds are permanent the Electric isnt. Get the Electric palette.

I love the colors of electric palette but won't be buying it as 4 shades can't be used on eyes. so Naked 3 is a good option.

The 4 shades in electric are just not FDA approved in this country for use on immediate eye area, they are approved in Canada and all of Europe though. I have used those shades on my eyes and not had any issues, if you are extremely sensitive you might need to be cautious, otherwise you should be totally fine.
