White eyeliner on your waterline to make them more noticable and not hide behind your frames.

Nicole Guerierro has a YouTube video on makeup with glasses (: She's one of my favorite gurus so I'm sure that episode would be useful to you (:

When I wear my glasses I use a nude eyeliner (Rimmel makes a great one) on my waterline, enhance the size and shape of my eye using winged eyeliner and lashings of mascara (maybelline illegal length is great!) to make my eyes look bigger. So that your lashes don't touch the lenses though, curl them :) Also, to frame your glasses and face better try shaping/filling in your brows (for a nice natural look try gimme brow by benefit), hope I helped :)
