No not at all! For me it stays on all day, but you could always set it with brow powder.

It will NOT wipe or melt off, I promise you lol. It takes a heavy hand to get it off with makeup remover.

Personal/Opposite opinion, I think it depends on the person and their skin type. On myself personally it is not smudgeproof and will smear and wipe off BUT I am oily skin type, do use concealer under my brows thus adding more oil to the situation, and its usually warm where I live (On days when its overcast or raining, I don't have to worry about it going anywhere). For a few hours after its been freshly applied no problems, but later on throughout the day as my skin starts to produce oil it lifts the product of of my skin and I have to be aware not to disturb my brows. Still my HG though, I've had this problem with every brow product I've tried :/
