I'm biased and I will totally own up to it, I love Katy and don't really like Kim. Her makeup looks good but I feel like she's got that reverse raccoon eye going on with her concealer. She kind of overdoes the highlighting and whatnot, at least to my taste. I love Katy's lipstick though. I always pick pink lips for some reason ha.
