Do you prefer liquid, cream/gel or pencil? I love hard candy's oldschool tattoo liner. Its super long lasting. It pretty much wears like ink. You know how a pen mark doesn't come off until you seriously scrub at it? Same as this. lol

Stilla waterproof liquid eyeliner. It's a felt tip pen applicator. Lasts me about 6 months and I use it everyday. It's 20 dollars or maybe the sephora retractable waterproof eyeliner. It's a retractable pen. Doesn't smudge. It's stays in the waterline too
