Mac Strobe Cream adds light. Josie Moran's Argan Oil Light hydrates and adds shine. Use a cream blush and hydrating primer. Lara is right.. NYX has a dewy spray.

Benefit Watts Up gives a pretty nice glow if you apply it to the cheek bones & on the brow bone.

I moisturize like crazy and use jojoba oil in my moisturizer cuz my skin is so dry (cuz I live in colorado) and nothing seems to help. Is there a dewy finish foundation besides the loreal lumi (I've used it. Hated it) I am just at a loss!

NYX Dewy Setting Spray & the L'Oreal Magic Lumi Primer are awesome for making any foundation more dewy. I also agree with Nars Sheer Glow. I tried a sample of this from Sephora and I loved it! It was very glowy, but definitely not oily or greasy looking. Will definitely be purchasing soon!

Bareminerals is coming out with a new foundation that is alittle more on the dewy side so you should look into it.
