Girls please help me I need a shampoo or a treatment because when I am in the shower or I comb my hair it tends to fall and I need something please help and something to grow my hair btw:)! Thanks.

Use anything with Keratin. Keratin will help strengthen your hair. Suave makes a cheaper suave shampoo and conditioner system if you're looking to save a penny or two:)
