Hell yeah I complained! They wanted to charge me those imbeciles and I said no and right when I was about to leave they called me in and some hair dresser decided that he was going to do it. And he did and free but never going back!!

I asked for an ombre and the dude gave me highlights 😑 and the first time came out waay too white so went back to get them golden with a shampoo they have. And then I got that (in the 1st pic) and today I was able to fix them. I just got them out. On the top
