Cant Wear Lipstick?

So I have pigmented dark red in the insides and dark on the outer. I have indian medium skin tone. and no lipstick looks nice :( they either look over the top or they either form white blotches everywhere withing 30 mins.

You should try concealing your lips before applying lipstick so that they are the same color. This should makes the colors go on normal and not look splotchy. What lipstick brands have you tried? It could also be the lipstick is bad quality.

Even if I conceal I will end up with white skin rings on my lips. I've tried all types of lipstick brands but none of them seem to last long o me but tend to on my mum :/ (weird I know)

Yes I exfoliate everyday in the mornings. I tried using lipliner but makes my lips to big so I try not to.

Exfoliating everyday is too much, you should only need to do it 1-2 times a week.

Oooooooh but I get a lot of rough and white stuff on my lips? lip balm also leads to white stuff (baby lips. chapstick. vasaline.. a full on collection)

Exfoliating everyday is bad for your lips:) maybe get it checked by a doctor:)
