What can you guys tell me about 100% jojoba oil? What kind of moisturizer is it? What can I use it for? Is it okay for your face? Will it improve scalp and hair health, or should it not go on hair? Please and thank you! :)

Jojoba Oil is technically not an oil. And if I told you were it originally was derived from you'd never want to use it lol.

Jojoba oil is a wax which is why it's a bit thick for a non comedogenic oil.
Jojoba oil mimics human sebum and can be comedogenic depending on how you use it or what you use it with. It's usually tolerated best on normal skin types.
If you have active acne wounds you need to wait before using any kind of oil. They will slow down the healing process a great deal.

Jojoba oil can be used alone or mixed with a moisturizer for your face. If you have dry skin mix one or two drops of it with your moisturizer.
Jojoba oil is not best used alone its always been recommended to mix it with other oils or moisturizer to better effects. Jojoba oil is high in vitamin e and contains anti inflammatory properties as well as other healing properties. It can be used to even out skin tone and it can be used on hair or nails.

I personally mix mine with Argan oil or rose hip oil. It is tolerated well on the skin but you still need to patch test it.

Lol me too!

So, it's not good to use alone? If I do buy some, what should I mix it with and how?
