I swim ALOT (5 times a week) need help with keeping my hair fresh I do wear a swimming hat as you belong to a club but putting it in a bun damages it is ther any hairstyles I can wear under my swimming hat and and goid 2in1s.

I'm in the same boat! My hair always ends up fried from the swimming! Try a braid, that's what I've started doing :)

I put some conditioner in every once in a while, it protects it and I've noticed less split ends.

I had the same problem! Use the it's a 10 miracle leave in conditioner (dark blue with purple top)
