Personally I don't brianna but I have seen girls making their lips appear bigger by applying their liner and lipstick around the ouside edge of the line. :)

That is your vermilion border. We all have one (some are more pronounced than others) but it becomes more noticable if we are dehydrated. Its best to work with it instead of against it. Applying your liner/lipstick outside the edge is one way or maybe using a lip plumper product to increase the size of the surrounding lip so it diffuses the appearance of the line.

Use a lip liner! It will hide it if it bothers you but I honestly think it isn't bad.
