Try the Exuviance foundation line, as the company is based in skin care rhetoric. This is the foundation I use, and it glides flawlessly over my skin while keeping it hydrated.

Try the Benefit Cosmetics Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow liquid foundation, I think it would be a great fit for you.

When it comes to powder, try mineralized powder, they are the best powder for dry skin, the one I use is ruby kisses, this is comparable to Mac studio fix powder.

Make sure your skin is in good shape for starters. Try a primer and a non-matte finish foundation. Make Up For Ever's HD foundation has a nice finish- not too dewy nor matte.

The Hello Flawless foundation was way too dewy for me...and I have dry skin. It slid off my face. Right now I'm having OK luck with Dior BB cream.
