Could your hair be frizzy naturally without it meaning that it's dry/or damaged? Because my hair- no matter what I do to it- is always frizzy. Not in an uncontrollable way but I have quite a few fly-aways but very soft feeling hair tang I use a lot of good deep conditioners on and treatments on. My moms hair is the same and she never uses heat. Could it be genetics or is it still just really damaged?

Actually I've heard that you're not born with frizzy hair, it's the damage that's done to it. It doesn't even have to be just through styling tools, brushes, sunlight, buns, ponytails can break your hair and cause frizz. I use wen and it's a cleansing conditioner, so no lathering with shampoo. It cleans your hair but doesn't strip it like shampoo does!

I think it is, my mum has frizzy hair so bad but her hair is soft and long, she gets haircuts all the time and is always trying products that claim to get rid of it and it just doesn't unless she straightens her hair.

Genetics. I am COMPLETELY with you. My hair is so frizzy. From what I heard you take very good care of your hair. Maybe try a smoothing serum? It might help a little. And maybe try brushing your hair when it's just about dry before the frizz forms with a wet brush.
