Is it okay to sleep with hair extensions in? It takes so long to put them in in the morning and I want to make my life easier for right now. They're also not clipped to my hair when Ido it I mostly clip them onto a wig cap. If I put it in a ponytails and under a cap will it be okay to sleep with?

You should probably put them in braids when you sleep. I have used both clip in and full time ones and the best way to keep them looking good and so that they don't get tangled and gross is to sleep with them in braids. :)

Can you? Yes.
Should you? No.
Life wear and tear can really take a toll on your extensions. I have a couple wefts of virgin hair in my head right now that I got a year or more ago. Why? They are still like how I bought them. You should refrain from that kind of stuff because it promotes tangling and breakage. The ponytail especially. The elastic can really wear on the hair. If you absolutely must, do a braid or flexirods

I wouldnt advise it, like you can but when you move around especially with clips it pulls on your hair. I did it for ages and noticed in the areas it was clipped my haor was really thin xxxxx
