I think purple would go great with your eye color and skin tone.
But it really think it's all about the effect you are going for. I've done both purple and pink in my moms nearly black hair (my moms kind of a rebel) the pink was very, "BAM! I have a crazy color in my hair" but purple was more of a *double look* "it that purple I see" I thought the purple was more business and age appropriate for my 40 year old mother, she got to have the crazy color without it being all up in your face, yakno? I haven't really used green on my clients before, so I'm not sure how it would hold up. I know the purple pigment lasts a little bit longer than the pink pigment did... As long as you take care of your hair right.
