Hi how are you? ok so you have suggested PTR glycolic cleanser and vitamin c serum which I'm probably getting the Mario B one well since I'm on proactiv right now I'm waiting to finish to start the new routine, how long should I wait to start PTR and is it OK to wash my face with neutrogena till I start PTR? thanks again for all your professional help ;)

Lol hi hun,you should stop proactive for atleast two weeks and yes neutrogena is fine to use till you start PTR ,and you don't need to use the PTR cleanser day and night only nite and a gentle cleanser in the daytime like cerave

Oooo thanks for replying! :) Should I just use cerave instead of neutrogena?

If you have breakouts it's better to use both neutrogena has salicylic acid to help with that and cerave hydrating cleanser in the daytime so you keep your skin balanced ,if your going to use glycolic cleanser you wanna balance it out with a gentle hydrating cleanser for daytime as well then if you still get breakouts spot treat with salicylic or tee tree you go buy what your skin is doing if it's breaking out use the salicylic cleanser more if it ok use the hydrating and glycolic but you don't need a strong cleanser in the daytime a lot of times to much acne fighting ingredients just inflame your skin and dry it out which makes it worse

Ok yeah I still breakout ughh:/ so can I do PTR at night with the vitamin c serum and in the morning one day neutrogena the next cerave and keep switching off? sorry for all the questions and thanks again.

Yes you can hun they all do different things glycolic exfoliates the outter epidermis which help with breakouts and salicylic deep cleanse the pore walls and cerave has hyaluronic acid and fatty acids which your skin needs to repair itself and stay hydrated so you really can use all of them on alternating days vitamin C serum in the morning and spf and in the evening a night cream or good moisturizer.
