How can I get rid of my cold sore.

I use a cream called zovirax that clears them up super quick, you could try that

That doesn't look like a cold sore but the only thing that really works is a cold sore cream like abreva. Apply before bed, then apply after it dries and repeat! It works wonders :)

I don't think that's a cold sore; it's too far from your lip. It looks much more like a pimple. Try an acne spot treatment
