Yes when your hair is that light naturally, all you really need to do is use a purple shampoo - let it sit in your hair for like 3-4 minutes (maybe longer but you can see that after the first time)

A toner is a great place to start...followed by toning once a week with a sulfate-free "silver" aka purple shampoo as the ladies suggested. It is very important to follow instructions. There are toning conditioners as well. These are intended to prevent yellow and orange tones from making your hair brassy. Yellow and Purple are opposites on the color wheel and so they cancel each other out.
These products are intended to help retain color and prevent fading, but best results will come from actually toning the hair after coloring and using the shampoo as maintenance.
