I would like to share a little tip with you wonderful people. I learned it while in school for esthetics. As we all know, pigments can be pretty pricey. But this idea that I am sharing with you, I've been doing for about three years and so far no problems at all. I found that using embossing pigments works great as eyeshadow! I know.. it sounds silly but it works amazingly. You just prime your eye and use the powdered pigment. The colors available are beautiful. You can get a pack of 12 I believe for @$20! High colored pigment at a low cost, and a little bit goes a long way. sorry if I sound rediculous, I don't write much lol. I hope this helps.

That's a great price! Are these safe to put near your eyes?

I used to do that in high school! Made lipstick and nail polish with them do. It never had any bad effects for me 15 years ago.

Yes, I've got pretty sensitive eyes. But they haven't irritated me once. I asked my instructor the sam question and she said they are after looking at the ingredients used to make them :) I bought mine at Michael's.

OMG!! Embossing pigments are not created to go be applied to the face..especially the eyes. Sure you've been using for three years with no problem but that stuff could be damaging internally. I don't know what the ingredients being used for them now but I remember years ago lead was high up on the ingredient list. Iove saving money but this right here is just not worth it. Downright dangerous in my opinion. :((

I would research the ingredients a bit more, but definitely sounds interesting.

Sounds Interesting But I Wouldn't Be Brave Enough To Use Embossing Powder Any Where Near My Face. 😣However, Would Like To See A Picture, If You Have One From When You Actually Used These. I'm Very Curious..

Pretty but be careful, since it isn't cosmetic grade there are no restrictions on the amount of lead in the product. The level of lead isn't required on the packaging or ingredients list so it's hard to know.
