Sorry to repost this ladies but I didn't get any replies. If you have any suggestions for hair styles I'd love some advice because I'm so unsure right now.

I don't think you should cut it, it's at a perfect length and if you cut it it might take a while to grow back, or it might not even grow back..

You should keep your length and get layers though! It would look great

You have the exact same hair as I do, except I'm not a red head ha. If your hair needs to be cut, to get rid of any spilt or dead ends then I say to the bare minimum. I'd LOVE to be able to keep mine at my waste but, mine is so damaged from all the dye I have to cut a lot of it off.. It might be shoulder length in a few weeks. If you're looking for something new try a different color, or just add some layers and bangs to your hair..but keep the length!!
