I dyed my hair black two weeks ago with Garnier Olia dye. I am regretting it as the chemicals in it made my hair go horrible and the colour isn't that good looking on me. The product was really bad for my hair. I have been washing my hair regularly (not every day) so the colour has faded a little but I really want it out sooner. Any ways to get it out faster that won't damage hair?

You could try dish washing liquid, sounds bad but it's made for breaking stuff up and it helps strip the colour faster than shampoo does. Or you can try the vitamin c method, look it up on YouTube just cause I don't know how to explain it haha but I've seen results for other girls doing that :)

Is it a permanent or semi permanent color?

It said permanent on the box... Apparently it's supposed to come out after about 28 washes it also said.

That's strange. If it's permanent then it's not supposed to come out. wonder why it says 28 washes. so there is something you can do to remove the color. it wil dry out the hair so pl do it at your own risk. wet you hair. Mix hair bleach, shampoo, developer and apply it to wet hair. your developer shouldn't be higher then 6% or 20 vol. keep it for 10 mins n remove.

A formula of equal parts: original formula head and shoulders (or generic equivalent) + baking soda. mix it into a paste like consistency (which is approximately equal parts, but it doesn't have to be very accurate). Wash your hair with this... I would wash my hair with this mixture, then let it sit in my hair for a while, then rinse it out, then put in a deep conditioner and let it sit for about a half hour-an hour and then rinse and repeat. It significantly faded my hair dye in the past! Just make sure to use a deep conditioner between sessions with the baking soda/head & shoulder shampoo combo.
