It's gorgeous, I think the makeup by Megan would look lovely because you want it to stand out but not be too OTT because the dress is so beautiful.

Sooo pretty. victoria from long island medium wore something like that (I'm not a stalker lol) and it was gorgeous. google her to get an idea of how she wore it. I'm not usually big on updos but thats what I suggest something like a messy bun that has loose curls. for makeup I would do what megan said with a nude lip. since the dress is loud I would just do pretty gold eyes and tone down the lips. youll look great. good luck.
