My hair is super thick and wavy/curly I don't want to cut it lengthwise. Is there a way to just get it thinned a little bit?? I have tried every hair product out there I usually straighten it everyday but its getting a little old :/

Thanks girls! I am just terrified to get layers because last time it looked like they took a bowl and cut around my head! It was horrible!
