Well, If you feel comfy with red dress go for it. Just a reminder though, it's pretty humid there. I would go for light colored dress. Like pastel colors or summery colors. Simple makeup is always good. Moisturize a lot and put spf...Party on holy week? Hmm...just make sure you won't eat meat if you're a catholic and went to ash wednesday mass.
