So I have black hair but I've really been thinking about putting red in it maybe a lot of red highlights or just my bangs and peek a boos. But my black hair won't allow me. HELP!

If you want it bright and the colour to hold you should use bleach I'd go to a hairdresser because it would be easier to get the highlights

When I dyed my hair red I used the color splat hair dye and I think I used two boxes and I only bleached it one time and it still had some black at the end but when I dyed it red it turned bright red and I also kept the black at the ends because I really like how it gives my hair depth

Bright red like fire truck red will require bleach first but a brown or darker red just takes some time for the color to develop but you don't need bleach for it so just depends on the shade of red you are trying to get.

Bleach your hair first then use live XXL hair dye. Then from stinky fish an online website buy one of there red hair dyes and apply that onto wet hair. It will take several times to get it bright bright bright red but this is what I did and it worked wonders! I went from dark purple (almost black) to red so it's possible!
