You can use shampoo but also take a little bit of the dye and put it on the part on your skin then with a wash cloth that's wet wipe it up kandee Johnson has a video on how to get dye off and this is what she does.

Sounds strange, but hairspray works wonders!! I always have the same problem because I dye my hair so often! But if you spray hairspray either fairly close to your skin and run with tissue or spray onto tissue and quickly rub on skin, it removes a lot of the product! Just be sure to put on a bit of moisturiser there after or it will feel sticky! Hahaha.
