Hello all, I am trying to view others opinions on an eyeliner to line the top of my eye lid. I need to find a good inexpensive one...and one that doesn't rub off onto the top of your eye all the time...advice?

I know you said cheap, but I just have to recommend you to use the stilla waterproof liquid eyeliner pen. I am a complete eyeliner girl, I use it everyday to do a winged eye look (which requires a good amount of product) and it lasts me up to 6 months. And I use it EVERYDAY. It's 20 dollars, but totally worth it because it is completely waterproof, smudge proof, lasts about 24 hours. It's great
