You could put it over or on top of black eye liner since you said it had shimmer in it. I have gold glitter/shimmer liquid eye liner that I do that with.

The black liquid one I great I use it all the time I've even slept with it on and wake the next morning and it was still perfect but I don't know about that color I've never used it.

I actually really like the wet and wild liquid liners they are also really worth the price I would keep it and experiment with it.

I don't really like wet n' wild eyeliner... It's hard to get off and burns my skin (but maybe that's just me :P)
I don't know though... maybe you should keep it. You might need it sometime! Try swatching it to see if it still applies okay. If not, their eyeliner is like 4 bucks at anywhere. :)

I think you should try it & see if you like it😊 everyone has different opinions & it works differently for everyone so try it & see if it works for you😋 I personally don't use wet n wild products unless it's their matte lipsticks (which are amazing) :)
