I would personal wear a jacket so if your cold you ok and if your hot you can take it off. Also a simple necklace along with makeup that won't get mess up easily. Lastly sandals and a relaxed hairstyle is a must for me, I hate what I get on a ride an my hair get tangled in the seat.
