I feel stupid 2 ask but does firming and toning lotion get rid of cellulite or does it have to be special cellulite lotion.

Cellulite doesn't really go away, and firming lotion would probably make it more obvious. Try an oil and coffee scrub instead. It'll plump the skin, filling in the "dimply" appearance.
