I have that prob too :/ You Just have to find a makeup that suits you, and use those products they sell at makeup stores (like sephora) that help remove the bags

Sometimes using a concealer can make the color go away but then make the bags more noticeable :/ (I speak from experience lol) so I tried using a foundation (that has good coverage) under and it works perfectly!!:D and if that still doesn't work... This is going to sound weird haha. Put powder on and then the foundation:) it works good for I hope it works good in you too:)
