I have super dry skin and CeraVe has been the best for me. I use the Hydrating Cleanser and the Moisturizing Lotion in the morning and the Moisturizing Cream at night. I used to use Cetaphil and its good but CeraVe doesn't dry me out like Cetaphil did. You can buy it at drugstores. I don't really recommend coconut oil just because it just seals your skin and makes it where it can't "breathe", its not actually moisturizing the skin but just making it feel like it is. I used it for about a year and a half until I realized it wasn't really helping me at all. First Aid Beauty is something you may want to look into (Sephora) but I personally had better luck with CeraVe.

Also using the right primer and foundation is a must because there are different primers and foundations for different skin types. For primers I really like L'Oreal Magic Lumi (very glowy and luminous) and for foundations Clinique Even Better, Tarte, Makeup Forever HD, and Laura Mercier Silk Creme are good for dry skin.

I usually only use face mask when my skin is being stubborn and breaking out but I never use it to help with dryness. As long as you moisturize after using it should be fine, but most mask are intended to help pull things out of you skin and clarify. I would try CeraVe and see if you like it, I'm so glad I switched to it because it really helped improve my skin's dryness...💕
