Do any of you know whether you can use very or nair to remove arm hair? If it works how long does it last? I don't want to wax and shaving is a pain so I'm looking for an alternative.

There is an option for a hair removal cream :) I think both nair and veet have them.

Veet smells gross and I think probably nair does too...I've never used it though... Veet lasts about 2-3 days and it takes about 3 minutes. It might take longer (up to 6) if you used to shave

I'd be careful if you were using Nair or veet, they're chemical hair removers that dissolve the protein structure of your hair. If you leave it on for a few minutes longer you can get a chemical burn or rash. My friend used it and her leg looked like it had been inside an ant hill.
You could try a epilator, it's a little machine with tweezers on it. It's not that painful and it works pretty well, especially for arms.
