Hello! So my hair is somewhat thin and I am trying to grow it out more. I stopped chemically straightening my hair about a year and a half ago and started using the keratin treatment. My hair has stopped breaking and shedding but still hasn't grown out much. My friends tell me to take Biotin which I recently have started. I was just wondering on more ways to grow out my hair. Thanks!

You can take hair vitamins. And try wrapping your hair at night. That will reduce your heat tool usage.

Wash your hair at least once a week, then deep condition of use a protein conditioner. Air dry, then use a moisterizer and seal it with oil :) I'm relaxed but I stretch my relaxers so I have a lot of natural new growth. Btw biotin works :3 but u may want to try the hair skin and nails pills at Walmart they're amazing! My hair grew 1 inch and I've only been taking them for a month and a half. They have biotin in them and drink lots of water :) hope this helps

I would say u need to wash your hair every 2else instead of every other week.. And began using a moisturizing conditioner... Also monistat.. Has a chemical agent in it that will help your hair grow.

I found that for me moisture and scalp care are key. Get yourself a good hair mask and use it every other time you wash your hair. Also, coconut and Argan oil work miracles. The coconut oil is light enough that you can get close to the scalp with it and it won't cause build up. Focus the Argan oil on your ends and also use it as a heat protectant before using any hot tools. Hope this helps. 😊
