Milky or creamy cleanser, hydrating products like serums & even facial oils are helpful esp during winter. Nothing alcohol based.

I honestly don't know I have dry and sensitive skin and I use aveeno ultra calming foaming cleanser and neutrogena sensitive skin SPF 50 moisturizer

I have the same skin. Super dry, hates everything. I just did a blog post on tips for dry skin. All of the products have been sensitive skin tested (at least by me!)
