How do ik if I'm warm toned or cool toned?

NC is neutral cool which is used for warm skintones, and NW is neutral warm which is for cool skintones. think of NC as not cool and NW as not warm. :)

Look at your veins in your wrist. If they appear blue, you're most likely cool toned. If they appear green, you're mostly like warm toned. If you can't decide, you're probably neutral.

My veins are for sure blue looking and I'm a nc25 so I don't totally agree. I have more yellow undertones

Seline than I'm guessing that would mean your neutral? :)

Ya I was told that too Jaclyn when I asked at mac because I just recently got I to their foundations. But I'm definitely not neutral I have a really yellow/beige undertone.

NW (neutral warm) is for cool, pink undertones, while NC (neutral cool) is for warm, yellow undertones. It can be confusing for the unfamiliar? it really seems like the NW and NC should be reversed, but it helps to think of NW as?not warm? and NC as?not cool.? and if this is still confusing to you then I would ask Jacqueline H. she really broke it down on a post a few months ago.
