I want this color but my hair is dark and this woman said I would have to do a soak cap (bleach) to make it lighter. is this true?

If you never dyed your hair before no you don't need it.

I've done it last year, I had Brown hair and yes, you have to bleach it, there's no other ways.. But think twice before doing it cause your hairs Will become very dry and damaged..
