Sorry to burst your bubble, but they are probably fake palettes... :(

Unfortunately 99% of the makeup on there is fake, especially the naked palettes you got. I wouldn't use them, you don't know what's in them.

There are several youtube videos were they compare the real versus the fake ones.

Oh that's not good @staceyMUA L.

All the reviews of the site from makeup blogs are all comparing to the real palettes, and they're all fake :/

A lot. And the worse thing is you have no idea what the ingredients are because they're fake and sometimes the things in the lipsticks, eyeshadows, and mascaras are harmful. I do not trust aliexpress for makeup.

Not authentic! And I do not believe MAC has a wholesale site...

MAC does NOT, has not, and never will wholesale. Same with the other big brands.
Those items are counterfeit. Producing, selling, and buying counterfeit goods is a crime punishable by prison sentence in the US. Not only that, counterfeit products contain dangerous mystery ingredients such as lead, cadmium, industrial solvents, leftover pharmaceuticals, industrial pigments, and other toxic chemicals. Purchasing these products puts your health in danger, and your money goes to support thieves, traffickers, drug dealers, arms dealers, and other nefarious criminals.
You are better off trying to get your money back, or just throwing the items away. It isn't worth it to risk serious injury or longterm impairment (including heavy metal poisoning, rashes, scarring, blindness, or worse).

Wow Emily is everything life and death with you? geeze they aren't real hun I would ask for a refund tons of people shop on Aliexpress so you should be able to get your money back.

No Traci, but I do see a blase attitude in this community regarding counterfeiting, copyright infringement, and intellectual property theft. I'm tired of people saying that these crimes are okay because it "doesn't hurt anyone" when in fact it does. I don't know if you've ever had to deal with having your intellectual property stolen, but I have and it was a very difficult situation to resolve (legally, financially, and emotionally). While big brands may not suffer as much loss from this (though they most assuredly do lose money and face issues of reputation when someone misrepresents counterfeit products as authentic), that doesn't make it okay to just dismiss knock offs as okay.
Like I said, these products are dangerous, and the profits support a host of black market industries. It is important for people to know that the bargain they thought they are getting isn't a bargain at all; especially if the products cause health issues. I don't think that it is wrong to spread awareness about a serious issue that directly affects this community.

I don't disagree with what you said ,I just don't think you need to scare the poor girl to death ,it's all in the delivery and I just feel that yours are always over the top ,as informative as they are,but that's just my opinion and we are all allowed one.

I never said you weren't allowed an opinion. I am one of the more vocal people on this site in defense of speaking freely, and I appreciate that you are doing that with me now. :)
I speak factually, without any intonation of emotion. I don't know if others read emotion that isn't there or somehow react in ways I don't intend, but that is technically not my problem. I can only control what I say, not how others interpret it. If my writing sounds "over the top," know that is not my intent, but that is how I think and how I speak. The only advice I can give, is that if you don't like my posts: skip them.

I think a general true rule of thumb: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
A palette that usually cost over$50 and is sold for around $10... Really??
