Yes it definitely depends on what you want from your foundation, but I personally love Makeup Forever. Their HD foundation is amazing, I actually get excited every morning to be able to put it on. It's so lightweight and blends seamlessly.

A good, thick foundation is Cover fx (sold in sephora as well as some shoppers drug marts). If you're looking for a thinner foundation Dior has a really good one. Both are quite expensive but really good!!

Tarte is a must great for oily acne prone skin but works for all. Drug store I would go with revlon
