Smokey eye is brought down to the whole lid cover in the darkest color then fades into light upward and No wing is added as well and make sure to bring the effect to the bottom lash line and smudge it out to give that Smoke effect.But your getting the hang of it just bring it down a bit more on the lid to cover up that light color :)
