This is kind of natural, but definitely has an exciting pop on the bottom lashline you could do with any color! If you want it more simple, just try some glitter on the lower lashline.

You should just do neutral lid colors like those pictures and then a pop if colored eyeliner underneath to match the shoes or other accessories you're wearing
